Hybrid PCB Board

When a PCB is made on dissimilar materials instead of one material throughout, we call it hybrid PCB or mixed PCB. For example, a hybrid PCB built on RO4003C and high Tg FR-4, the signal integrity improves over the stack-up with all FR-4 material and cost is reduced over stack-up with all low loss materials.
